Why MALT?
Malt is the ingredient in the choco powder we use that gives our cakes and brownies that different yummy taste. Additionally, our original cookies are made with malty chocolate chunks but we also offer other flavors that you can mix as you like.
What are the allergens in your products?
Dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts.
Do you deliver outside of Zürich?
Yes! We ship all over Switzerland by post with Priority shipping. At checkout just select the day you would like to receive the order and we will make sure to send it on time.
Will my goods arrive fresh by post?
Yes! We bake and ship them the same day and carefully package them so that they will arrive fresh and in shape. Before enjoying them just pop them in the oven/microwave to make them warm and gooey.
How should I store my goods?
Keep them in the box or if possible transfer them to an air-tight container. Our goods have no conservatives so they will last for about 3 days after receiving them.
Can I freeze the cookies and save for later?
Yes, if you don't plan on eating them within 3 days of delivery we recommend storing them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. When ready to eat simply place them in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 5-10 minutes until they are soft.
Can I mix different cookie flavors in the boxes?
Yes! You may choose the flavors to create your ideal box. This is also possible for the Mixed Box which comes with two brownies and four cookies of your choice.
Can I send goods as a gift to someone else?
Sure! we encourage sending happy treats as a gift to a loved one and you can add a personalized message. Please make sure you have their correct address and name as it appears on their mailbox/doorbell and let them know in advance that perishable goods are on the way.
How do I know when my order is arriving?
As soon as we ship your order we send you an e-mail with your tracking number. The post will give you the date and on some cases a time range for delivery. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time but the post may experience delays which are out of our control. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please allow an extra day just in case.
I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
If there seems to be an error with delivery or your order is lost in transit please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.
Please Note: once an order appears ‘Delivered’ by the Post in the tracking info we are not responsible for it. We are not able to issue refunds on lost or stolen boxes after they have been delivered.
I entered the wrong address by mistake, what can I do?
Please let us know via WhatsApp (+41 78 330 2818) at least two days before arrival date the correct address and we will make the modification. If the address or name is incorrect the package will be returned to us and we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement package.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please let us know at least two days before the arrival date. We will not be able to modify or cancel orders on short notice.
