There are two ways to get your MALT goods

Nationwide shipping

All of our orders in Switzerland, including Zürich, are shipped by Post with Priority shipping for 9 Fr.

We bake them the same day they are shipped and carefully package them so that they will arrive fresh and in shape. Before enjoying them just put them in the oven/microwave to make them warm and gooey.

At checkout select the date you would like to receive your goods. 
Please keep in mind that the post may experience delays especially around holidays so leave room for an extra day in case you need them for a particular date.

Important: for nationwide shipping please make sure the address is written correctly and the name appears as it is on the mailbox and doorbell. If there is a mistake or an incomplete address the package will be returned to us and we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement package. 

If there seems to be an error with delivery or your order is lost in transit please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.

Please Note: once an order appears ‘Delivered’ by the Post in the tracking info we are not responsible for it. We are not able to issue refunds on lost or stolen boxes after they have been delivered. 

Pick up in Zürich

We don't currently have a shop but we offer the possibility of picking up your orders from our office in Altstetten, Zürich on Thursdays. 

As we prepare all our cookies to order, pick up orders must be placed in advance so you can enjoy them at their freshest. 

To order simply select the Pick Up option at checkout and the date and time. You will receive the address and once your order is ready we will contact you with pick up instructions.
